It all depends on how you feel about “laughigh with” compared to “laughing at”. If all you want is a laugh, that is pretty easy to get. Though it might not be because of some well-timed critical insight into the human condition.
More likely because you have called your landlord (or perhaps his dog) a tomato.
Which is funny, because you don’t have any tomatoes!

It’s more the “laughing near” that bothers me. And we still don’t have any tomatoes!
