Lessons I have learned:
- Some people really dislike white picket fences.
- Corners can be tricky.
- You don’t get to keep the new ute, just because someone parks it in your yard and runs away.

I’m sure you could turn the ute into some sort of water feature in your front yard.

At least the white picket fence saved you from a red ute bedhead – very tacky look. I mean, it’s very retro, but the grill can be uncomforatble for your back.

I can see I’m going to have to award a prize for the most humorous and insensitive comments about our misfortune – this is our fence people. Our fence!

How did the garden come off? Is that where you planted all the new bushes?

The garden is okay. They missed the lilli pilli by about 5 cm and crushed a blue kind of flowering plant (must check with someone who knows what that was), but other than that no harm done to any living thing!
